Delivery Reporting

How We Measure

Clear reporting starts with clear definitions. We distinguish scheduled delivery from estimated audience and exposure information.

What Each Term Means

Measured delivery and estimated context

Measured Data

Ad Plays

Ad plays are scheduled delivery counts for an advertisement on selected screens. They describe when an ad is scheduled to run, not unique viewers or confirmed viewing by a person.

Estimated Data

Venue Traffic

Visitor figures describe estimated venue traffic. They are not directly observed people and do not show who was present for a specific ad play.

Estimated Data

Estimated Impressions

Estimated impressions describe potential exposure based on estimated traffic and scheduled delivery. They are estimates, not a direct count of people who saw an ad.

Context

Dwell Time

Dwell time describes the time people may spend at a venue. It provides context for a placement, but it is not a claim that every person saw an ad.

Use each figure for what it represents

Scheduled plays report delivery. Venue traffic and estimated impressions provide planning context. Dwell time explains the venue environment without confirming individual ad exposure.
