Based in Glen Carbon and Edwardsville, Superior Chiropractic & Rehab helps adults stay active, strong, and healthy without drugs or surgery. The Challenge

Before this work began, Superior Chiropractic had untapped opportunities in local search and in-office visibility. They needed a strategy to bring in new patients while maximizing return on investment within a short period of time.

The Solution

A targeted approach combining online and in-location strategies was developed to maximize visibility and attract new patients. First, Superior Chiropractic’s Google Business Profile was optimized by ensuring all information was accurate, adding engaging visuals, and publishing regular updates to boost local search rankings and online engagement. At the same time, a high-visibility indoor digital billboard was installed on June 2 to promote services and educate visitors within the clinic.

This combination of an enhanced online presence and in-office marketing created multiple touchpoints for potential patients, driving both awareness and conversions.

The Results

Within June and July, Dr. Polen reported landing $17,000 in new business directly attributed to this marketing work. With a total investment of $1,700 for three months (June, July, August), the clinic achieved a 10x return on investment.

Results are taken from this client’s own reporting for the campaign described. They show what happened for this business, not what any other business should expect: results depend on the market, the budget, the offer and the timing. This study reports marketing performance only. It makes no claim about any health product, treatment or outcome.
